What are your rates for delivery charges?

We offer free delivery for purchases with a total value of $300 and above. Delivery is made anywhere within Singapore (except offshore islands and restricted zones).

For purchases with a total value amounting to less than $300, a flat fee of $50 is applicable for delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time for your products?

The delivery time we officially state is 4-5 weeks. We typically deliver goods earlier than officially stated, but we’d much rather under-promise and over-deliver!
Rest assured we will do our best to expedite every order.
Once the product arrives, we will inform you and arrange for a delivery date and time.

Can I schedule my own delivery date and time?

Yes, if you have a preferred timing, drop us an email and we will do our best to accomodate. Condominium residents are advised to consult with their management/security providers before arranging for a delivery time (usually condominiums only allow deliveries during off-peak hours, but if the lights are not huge, they should be fine).

Do you ship and deliver overseas?

Yes, it can be arranged at additional shipping charges. Free shipping does not apply for overseas locations out of Singapore. Contact us for further details.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

No, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
